The beautiful modern Villa Tisa is a perfect vacation home for families, only 6 km away from the sea and the beautiful town of Rabac. All rooms of the villa are conveniently located on the same floor. The comfortable modern open plan living room overlooking the beautiful pool, as well as the adjoining dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, offer plenty of space for everyone, either for shared meals or relaxation. The 3 modern tastefully decorated double bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation for a relaxing vacation. There are also two bathrooms.
There is direct access to the covered terrace and pool area from both the dining area and the living room, where you can relax in the garden lounge after a swim or sunbathe by the pool.
Next to the pool there is a lovely shaded outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for a relaxed family meal al fresco. The large garden area offers plenty of space for fun activities and carefree play for children, for example on the existing trampoline. The villa offers private parking for 3 cars as well as WiFi.

As it is not far from the town center, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The area is a paradise for history and art lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town are home to well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios. Various jazz and classical music festivals take place in the summer months. The town offers several excellent fish restaurants, with many local products on offer, as well as many cozy cafés, ideal for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination, surrounded by heavenly pebble beaches, only about 6 km from this accommodation.
