Property for exclusive use
Beautiful farmhouse in the Marche region, comprising a 450 m2 main villa and a 55 m2 outbuilding. The property dates back to the early 20th century and has been completely restructured with great care and taste; it is able to accommodate up to 10 people, with a large exclusive equipped garden of about 1 hectare, a private swimming pool and a large porch equipped with sofas and a dining area. The villa comprises 1 double master bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and hydromassage shower, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub. The outbuilding has 1 double bedroom, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower. The structure represents the ideal solution for a group of friends or a family looking for a relaxing vacation. Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The property is surrounded by 1 hectare of parkland, fully fenced and accessible via an electric gate. From the top of the road, one descends along the tree-lined driveway to a beautiful garden overlooking the front of the house. To the left of the villa is the pool area, in a reserved position but not far from the house; it measures 12x6, rectangular in shape and with a Roman staircase, and is 2.20 meters deep; it is equipped with a gazebo, deckchairs and sunbeds. The house has a portico on the first floor, equipped with a table, chairs and a small lounge. The garden on the west side of the pool is a cool, shady grove; the rest is an English-style garden, perfect for children. Some areas are planted with trees and plants of all kinds. An automatic lighting and irrigation system makes it easy to maintain the external green spaces. A portable barbecue and wood-burning oven are available to guests, and parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The house is laid out on 2 levels. The ground-floor entrance leads to a large living room with sofas, satellite TV and outside access, and a dining area with outside access. Also on the first floor we find a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, a laundry room (washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board). On the second floor we find a large living room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and hydromassage shower, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub. The gym is on the second floor.
Outbuilding: living room (Smart TV) with sofa bed, dining area and cooking area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning.
