Villa Noeli near Motovun is an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A 900 meter long gravel road leads to the villa, which is located in a small village with only a few houses and is surrounded by nature. Anyone looking for peace and relaxation will enjoy their time here to the full.
The villa is located on a large plot of 1750 m2, which will certainly tempt you to take a walk and enjoy nature.
Guests have access to a sauna and whirlpool. Both are located right next to the pool on the terrace. There are sun loungers around the pool where you can sunbathe or read a book with your favorite drink. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant outdoor get-together. Preparing a delicious meal on the barbecue and enjoying tasty snacks with friends or family sounds great, doesn't it?
The villa itself is a single-storey building and sleeps a total of 6 guests in two bedrooms. Both rooms have their own bathroom, a TV and air conditioning. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two more guests.
The fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room are modernly furnished and the owners of the villa have paid a lot of attention to detail. The decoration of the villa gives the impression of home and you will definitely feel at home.

The location is excellent for relaxation and sightseeing. The villa itself is surrounded by vacation homes and nature, which guarantees guests peace and privacy. There are small towns near the villa, but perhaps the most famous is the small town of Hum. Also known as the smallest town in the world. Wondering why? It is best to go there and discover the secrets of the town.
A popular tourist destination, which was also visited by the Habsburgs, will enchant you with its beauty and elegance. We are, of course, talking about Opatija. The beautiful seaside promenade, beautifully landscaped gardens and excellent restaurants and boutiques will spoil you for at least a day.
There are many smaller towns around Opatija that are certainly worth a visit, but also invite you to swim in the clear sea and enjoy the beach.
Nature lovers can visit the U?ka Nature Park or discover the beauty hidden along the path of the 7 waterfalls.
