As you step from the terrace into the spacious living room, this Istrian villa will delight you with its modern interior. Beautiful furniture in pleasant colors and soft lines give a homely atmosphere, while glass walls with a view of the environment will make sure you don't forget that you are still in Istria. From the living room you enter the dining room and the elegant kitchen in deep colors. Just a few steps further, a beautiful wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor, where there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that will delight you with their modern look. From 2023, a fitness room, infrared sauna, fourth bathroom in the sauna (with shower and toilet) and jacuzzi will be available.This villa is located near the small Istrian town of Visnjan. Walking through Visnjan, you will experience the long history of this town through the rich cultural heritage, which is definitely worth a visit. An unavoidable part of Istrian culture are definitely local festivals, fairs and music concerts that you will encounter during the summer months. To experience Istrian culture to the fullest, we recommend the local gastronomic offer of local taverns that offer specialties such as truffles, prosciutto, asparagus and seafood. If you want to visit larger cities, the towns of Porec and Novigrad are only a 20-minute drive from Visnjan. In Porec and Novigrad you will find a rich offer of cultural events, restaurants offering traditional Istrian cuisine and numerous sights that tell the history of this area.
