15 km from Orléans, in the heart of a former 16th-century fortified house, gîte on a farm, in a peaceful environment conducive to rest, hiking, sightseeing and Loire castles, independent of the owners' home: private entrance and garden on the edge of cultivated fields, terrace. A 2nd gîte is available in another building. First floor: living room (stereo), open kitchen (freezer), wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room, separate wc. TV socket. Deposit required. Special conditions for companies (Deposit 500€).
Pets accepted under certain conditions: pets must not be left alone in the accommodation. A supplement of 3€/pet/night is required. Category 1 and 2 dogs not allowed.
CHARGES INCLUDED: Electricity, heating, cleaning and bed linen included. Beds made up on arrival.
