Come and enjoy this cosy and comfortable gîte, set in an old farmhouse, about twenty kilometers from Orleans or Meung-sur-Loire! Set in a charming old farmhouse, between the Beauce and the Loire Valley, about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, this gîte, adjoining another house, is independent and close to all village shops and services. Cosy and comfortable, on the edge of fields, with a small garden and courtyard, it has recently been renovated.
The first floor comprises a dining room with fitted kitchen and living room, a shower room and 1 toilet. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs: 1 large bedroom (2 beds 90x200) + sofa bed, 1 bedroom (1 bed 90x190) and 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), bathroom and toilet.
All-inclusive rates: beds made up - bathroom and household linen available - end-of-stay cleaning included - water - electricity heating (thermostat limited to 19 degrees) - internet/wifi
Pets are accepted at an extra charge of €30 per stay.
