Gîte 1 km from the village in a renovated barn, detached house, large enclosed wooded area. Come and discover the Loire Valley, the Orléans forest and hiking on the banks of the canal, 20 min from Orléans and 1h30 from Paris. First floor: 1 large living room with open kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 shower room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), mezzanine (library). An initial basket of wood is provided (€5/additional basket).
RATES INCLUDING CHARGES: Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, heating and electricity included.
IN ADDITION: Mandatory cleaning package for business stays at €60 (invoiced every 15 days). Towels €7/person.
