Come and enjoy this completely renovated, bright, modern house with a large garden, close to the shops and services of a village of 1500 inhabitants.
Located around twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung sur Loire, you can stay here for a family vacation or for professional reasons.
It's an ideal starting point for walks in the Beauce region, along the banks of the Loire, or to visit the many castles and gardens, as well as Beauval zoo. The gîte is on one level (there are only a few steps up to the entrance) and comprises a large living room with lounge and kitchen.
4 bedrooms (3 with 2 beds 90x200 with comforter and one with a bed 160x200), a bathroom, a shower room and 2 WCs.
There's a dining table on the terrace (with barbecue and awning) and a lounge in the garden for aperitifs.
