Located at the gateway to Sologne, an hour and a half from Paris, 30 min from Chambord, 15 min from Lamotte Beuvron, 15 min from Orléans, in the heart of La Ferté Saint Aubin (Loiret), the Gîte du Pré Blot welcomes you to explore, among other things, the natural gems of our region. This site will give you an overview of all the cultural and leisure activities on offer in our region, close to your holiday destination.
This rural house offers 180 m² of living space for 7 people, with 450 m² of land in the heart of the village of La Ferté Saint Aubin, a stone's throw from amenities and the château. First floor: entrance hall with dressing room, luggage storage and staircase to first floor.
75 m² living space: living room with fireplace, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen. Master bedroom with 140 cm bed and WC with washbasin. Shower room with toilet.
The entire ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and en-suite shower rooms and WCs, a bedroom with a single 90 cm bed, dressing room and closet.
Outside, you'll find a 30 m² wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a Jacuzzi (extra charge, €70 per week, from April 1 to September 30) and the 450 m² garden with lawn.
Parking for 2 cars is available in the courtyard, as well as a private garage (with tumble dryer and additional fridge).
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Heating included. End-of-stay cleaning included.
A cleaning deposit will be requested on site = 60€.
Dogs (not cats) are accepted with a supplement of 5€ per night per dog. The entire ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
