Completely renovated town house in the center of the village, close to all amenities, stopover town on the Loire bike route, 200 m from the Canal d'Orléans and 500 m from the Loire, 15 minutes from downtown Orléans, 1h from Chambord and 1h15 from Paris.
The house is ideal for a family or friends vacation. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a TV and its own private bathroom, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for all guests.
For those looking to relax and rejuvenate, the house offers as an option (€150/day extra) a wellness area with a massage room for an extra relaxing experience, upstairs there is a relaxation room, an outdoor spa for up to 6 people and an outdoor sauna.
There's a pleasant terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the fine weather. In addition, there's a petanque court for outdoor games to keep you entertained.

Upstairs, two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one with two single beds 90x190 cm (convertible into a 180x190 cm bed) and the other with a double bed 140x190 cm, separate wc.
A 150 m² courtyard with outdoor terraces featuring tables for 6, barbecue, plancha, garden furniture and awning. A garden with terrace and sun loungers, petanque court and swing for children. Additional relaxation area (€150/day) with 6-person outdoor spa and outdoor sauna.
A massage room and relaxation room upstairs are also available as options.
Parking for 2 vehicles in enclosed courtyard + 1 bicycle room (with workshop) containing 4 bicycles available.

Your arrival will take place in two stages, via a key box, then an hour later the owner will come to welcome you.
