Come and spend your vacations in this beautiful Landes property of over 120m2 comprising a 2-bedroom main house and an annex also with two bedrooms. Sleeps up to 8 people.
A large garden surrounds the house, with outdoor lounges and relaxation areas among the pine trees.
You'll be just a 7-minute walk from the beach, accessible via the well-served bike paths in the surrounding area. But also close to shops and restaurants, 5 min on foot, yet located in a quiet street.
The main house comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room, and a second with the option of two single beds (90cm) or a double bed by combining them. A shower room and separate WC.
You can enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with access to one of the outdoor terraces, as well as onto the dining area which opens onto the other terrace.
An open, sunny and airy space to enjoy your relaxing days.
There's also an outbuilding with two bedrooms with double beds (140cm) sharing a shower room with WC. Direct access to the garden, with another outdoor area equipped for early-morning breakfasts and evening barbecues.
You're ideally located to take advantage of all amenities while remaining calm.
VIEUX-BOUCAU: Located in the south of the Landes region, this family seaside resort is appreciated for its unique landscape of wild dunes, wide beaches and its marine lake. Organized around the lake and its island, the town is criss-crossed by a vast network of cycle paths, making it easy to get around and enjoy nature. You can also take the opportunity to discover the surrounding area (Courant d'Huchet, Lac d'Azur, Lac d'Hossegor, the many beaches of the Landes region and many other unique sites).
