In the heart of unspoilt nature, between the dunes and the Réserve Naturelle Nationale de la casse de la Belle Henriette, this 4* campsite offers direct and exclusive access, with no roads to cross, to the Rouillères beach, from which it takes its name.
For playa aficionados, what could be better? It doesn't!
South-facing, facing the Île de Ré, this magnificent beach stretches for almost 7 km and offers peace and a change of scenery. The environment is entirely unspoilt, and the surrounding landscape is made up of wild dunes.
You'll be staying at the gateway to La Tranche-sur-Mer, a delightful seaside resort nicknamed "La Petite Californie", which has been awarded the "Pavillon Bleu" and "Famille Plus" labels, and is the ideal starting point for discovering the wonders of the Côte de Lumière in Vendée.
Les Rouillères, a family campsite par excellence, boasts a beautiful aquatic area, including a large indoor pool with a removable roof, and offers the diversity expected of a 4* campsite in terms of entertainment and activities.
To top it all off, you'll be staying in brand-new, comfortable accommodation equipped with a plancha to awaken the grill cook in you!

- Description of the Aquatic Area:
The large 250 m² covered pool, equipped with a removable roof, offers the option of being covered or uncovered depending on the season, adapting to the moods of the weather.
Various activities such as aquagym and aquabike are on offer, so you can stay in shape even on vacation!
As soon as the weather turns summery, the roof opens to let you take full advantage of the beautiful Vendée sunshine.
You can also enjoy a slide down the latest-generation waterslide with light effects!
The youngest guests are not forgotten, with a vast outdoor paddling pool (13m x 13m) to complete the picture: splashes and splashes in prospect!
After all that effort, it's time to relax and enjoy a well-deserved break in the shade of the parasols on the deckchairs.
Aquatic area opening times and dates: (subject to weather conditions)
- Daily from 10am to 7pm (8pm in July/August)
- Swimming pool covered by a removable roof: open and heated all season long.
- Outdoor slide: open and heated all season long
- Outdoor paddling pool: naturally heated by the sun's rays, open when temperatures are summery
NB: Swim shorts, Bermuda shorts, wetsuits or similar are strictly forbidden in the pools. Swimsuits or boxer shorts must be worn. Supervised swimming in July and August.
And, of course, we haven't forgotten the campsite's major asset: its proximity, just 200 m away, to a beautiful sandy beach, easily accessible on foot via a footpath.
Whatever your mood, you can enjoy swimming, sandcastles and, for the more sporty, water sports (sand yachting, stand-up paddling, kayaking and windsurfing) and thrills (towed buoys, etc.). List of partners available on request from reception.
No elbows to elbows here, just room to put your towel down, enjoy the space, breathe in the fresh air... a real luxury!

In July and August, the entertainment team steps up the pace with a rich and varied program. Group aquagym, aqua bike, fitness, muscle-building, zumba and stretching classes are sure to delight even the most motivated!
For unforgettable family fun, opt for Olympiads and tournaments such as pétanque and soccer.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing or energetic activity, our professional and energetic team will keep you entertained throughout your stay!
In the evening, it's all about conviviality: themed dinners, karaoke, aperitif games, various shows...
And don't forget the Pop-Rock concerts... sing along to carefully selected live bands!
And to round off the day in style, dance the night away to the rhythm of the summer's hottest hits!
Challenge your neighbors to a game of soccer, basketball or handball on the multi-sports pitch (ball loan), or try your hand at the campsite's official sport: pétanque, in tournaments organized by the entertainment teams (equipment loan).
For the little ones, there's also an outdoor play area offering an enclosed, secure space with a colorful slide, bouncy castle and spring-loaded games (under parental supervision).
Cycling is one of the "Queen" activities around La Tranche-sur-Mer.
Discover the area! Whether you're an amateur or an experienced cyclist, rent a bike and take advantage of the many cycle paths starting from the campsite, and enjoy the magnificent scenery the region has to offer. Perhaps you'll opt for the "Vélodyssée", which passes close to the campsite and is the largest cycle path in the region!
Kids' Club (ages 6 to 12): July/August only, Monday to Friday, 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm. Varied activities including treasure hunts, orienteering, painting and salt dough workshops...

And don't forget all the shops and amenities of La Tranche-sur-Mer, just 5 km from the campsite, within easy reach on foot or by bike, for all your needs and desires.
In July and August, the ultimate in comfort... leave your car at the campsite! The commune provides a free shuttle service for campsite guests. Stopping right outside the campsite entrance, the shuttle runs regularly all day long, from 9am to midnight, and takes just a few minutes to reach the center of the resort, with its many bars and restaurants.

Pet supplement: €7/day/pet (1 pet maximum per rental unit; cats and NACs not accepted).
Small animals weighing less than 10 kg: Authorized

Vaccination certificate required. It is strictly forbidden to leave pets unattended in the accommodation. They must always be kept on a leash at the campsite.
