The stylishly furnished modern interior features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
The outdoor area includes a fully fenced garden with pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun in complete privacy. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining area with charcoal barbecue and a lounge area.

Zadar is an old town rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it!
The old town offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance: the Roman Forum (1st century), the Church of St. Donat (9th century), the Church of St. Marija (11th century, rebuilt in the 16th century), the Cathedral of St. Anastasia (12th to 13th century), parts of the defensive walls ... Nowadays, Zadar is known for the Sea Organ and the light installation 'Pozdrav suncu' (Greeting to the Sun).
Everything is close by - beaches, historical architecture, restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, national and nature parks (Krka Waterfalls, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Tela??ica, Paklenica ...).
If you want to have more fun, there are beach bars and cafés at your disposal from sunset to sunrise. For the night owls there are bars and clubs.
