Villa Casa Mira is located in the quiet area of Visnjan, close to the medieval towns of central Istria. The villa is located on a completely fenced plot with a beautiful private pool. An attractive feature of this villa is that it consists of two separate apartments, upstairs and downstairs, each for 4+1 persons, which is ideal for two families or two groups who want to spend their vacation together but prefer privacy regarding accommodation. Both apartments have their own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. On each floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two separate beds. Elements of wood and stone give the house a special rustic touch. On the upper floor there is a veranda, while the terrace on the first floor offers an outdoor dining area and a charcoal grill where you can prepare your favorite dishes. On the larger part of the garden, which faces south, is the private pool, while a smaller part of the garden is reserved for the trampoline so that the little ones can have more fun.Villa Casa Mira is located in the area of Vi?njan, about 17 km from Pore? In the streets of the old town of Vi?njan you can experience the spirit of the rich historical heritage. In the surroundings of Vi?njan you can taste delicious delicacies and typical Istrian specialties in Istrian taverns. Vi?njan is also known for its internationally renowned observatory and as one of the last places in Istria of autochthonous Istrian cattle (Bo?karin). The beautiful town of Pore? is known for its culture, tourism, sports and leisure. During your stay in Istria, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town of Pore? or simply enjoy yourself on the first beach. The location of the villa is the ideal starting point to discover the beautiful towns of central Istria - Vi?inada, Motovun, Gro?njan and many others.
