The villa itself is a gem! In the well-kept exterior, you have a wonderful pool all to yourself. The interior is bright and modern. The clean lines in the open-plan living area are only interrupted by a few traditional details and furnishings and have a very calming and cozy effect. A fully equipped kitchen leaves little to be desired. Two comfortable bedrooms are located on the first floor and two more on the upper floor. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with shower, air conditioning and TV. The master bedroom on the upper floor also has its own covered balcony. Vi?njan is also known for its internationally renowned observatory and as one of the last places in Istria of the autochthonous Istrian cattle (Bo?karin). The beautiful town of Pore? is known for its culture, tourism, sports and leisure.
