With a surface area of 135m2, this spacious house can accommodate up to 7 people, ideal for a rejuvenating stay with family or friends, between Lake, Golf and Mountains.

Convivial living room: The villa features a beautiful, bright living room that opens onto a terrace offering panoramic views of Lake Geneva. Perfect for sharing warm moments with family and friends.
Modern kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with plenty of storage space, a wine cellar and a steam oven, offering everything you need to concoct delicious meals.
Comfortable bedrooms:
Master suite on the first level with 160*200 bedding, bathroom with shower, bath and WC.
Children's bedroom with bedding in 90190 and a study that doubles as a playroom with a sofa bed in 140200. Bathroom with shower and WC.
A final bedroom on the lower half-level, with double bedding (140*200).
Garden and private pool: The 1200m2 garden offers a peaceful setting for relaxing and socializing. Take advantage of the private swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the lake. Please note that the pool is not heated.
Ideal location: The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, in a cul-de-sac away from the road. Just 15 minutes by car from the center of Evian, a lakeside promenade is accessible below the house.
Wifi access: Stay connected thanks to the wifi access available in the house.
Parking: Three vehicles can be parked on the property.
Non-smoking and no pets: The house is a non-smoking area, and pets are not allowed.
