This unique property consists of 2 beautifully designed villas and offers a perfect setting for family vacations.
These two villas can only be rented together as one unit. They can accommodate up to 10 people. The entire property has been stylishly furnished.
The main house has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The small villa has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Outside there is a large fenced garden with a large private pool.
This is the place where you can sunbathe, have fun with your friends and family while you take a refreshing dip in the pool. Or you can prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue and drink a glass of good Istrian wine. Villa Zita has WiFi, private parking for 4 cars and offers everything for a pleasant vacation.these villas are located in a small hamlet in the central part of Istria.
Istria is easily accessible and has an excellent road network with little traffic. The coast with the major tourist centers and Pula airport are only a few minutes away by car. The nearest beach, Plomin Luka, is 16 km away. The Istrian peninsula 'Terra Magic' is located on the Adriatic Sea, the closest warm sea in the heart of Europe. The 'Pearl of the Kvarner Bay' belongs to the eastern part of the peninsula. In the western part, the fantastic, medieval Pazin Castle (Kastel) lies 130 meters above the cliff where the Pazin?ica River flows into the Pazin Pit: This is the setting for the novel Mathias Sandorf by the famous French writer Jules Verne, which was published in 1885. Nowadays there is a Jules Verne Club in Pazin, and at the end of June the annual Jules Verne Days take place.
The pool at this accommodation can be heated. Please book this service at least one week in advance.
