Carefully tailored for the vacation season, this newly built villa is furnished in a modern style with a wonderful collage of textures and colors, creating a cozy atmosphere.
Two of the bedrooms - all with air conditioning and flat screen TVs - are located on the upper floor, with two lovely en-suite bathrooms with underfloor heating and a spacious terrace from where you can enjoy magnificent views over olive groves to the sea. The light-flooded, spacious first floor with its open-plan layout is tastefully divided into kitchen, dining and living areas with a cozy fireplace and forms the social hub of the house. The third bedroom is also located here, also with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, as well as an en-suite bathroom. Almost all rooms and bathrooms are equipped with ambient LED lighting, which can be individually adjusted to suit the mood.
If you step out of the living room onto the huge covered terrace with a large dining table, you will find an inviting barbecue area with an open fireplace. In front of it is the spacious sun terrace with a tempting heated private pool - perfect for enjoyable sunbathing while soaking up the pleasant, spicy natural air of the vineyards and olive groves. Parking is available on the property.
Although Novigrad is a popular tourist destination, it still retains its intimate and irresistible charm of a typical quiet Mediterranean fishing village. Its gentle coasts are lapped by the fish-rich sea and the beautiful nature is favored by a mild Mediterranean climate. In its charming narrow streets you will find old churches, ancient palaces, beautiful city walls and many other treasures carefully preserved to remind you of an eventful and turbulent past. Novigrad is not only a true architectural gem, but also one of the best Istrian gourmet destinations with some of the best fish restaurants in Istria. You can also enjoy a wide variety of sports activities, relax on numerous beaches or party in cafés and cocktail bars in the town. But that's not all! Have fun in the first-class aquapark Istralandia. Visit the Antenal-Mirna ornithological reserve and go birdwatching in the midst of breathtaking nature.
