Villa Arkaim is located in the idyllic and peaceful municipality of Marcana in Istria and features a private pool and its own 22,000 square meter private park, as well as a carefully tended garden with a labyrinth. Here, surrounded by picturesque nature, you have complete privacy to simply relax in front of the villa or swim in the saltwater pool.
This villa offers you a high level of comfort. Everything inside and outside is furnished according to Feng Shui principles. Along the flower gardens, olive trees and Mediterranean greenery, the villa's private park offers many walking paths just for you - a true paradise for body and soul. For more discretion, the villa and park are surrounded by Istrian stone walls. The villa can accommodate up to ten people, has more than 300 square meters of indoor space as well as a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy your summer evenings with a pleasant meal. The villa is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and every room has Smart TV. On the first floor you will find an open plan living and dining room with kitchen and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. There is also a separate bathroom and a separate WC on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is handicapped accessible. The villa is wheelchair-accessible throughout the first floor and has a terrace, pool and garden. There are four further bedrooms on the second floor, all with their own bathroom and terrace.
Full enjoyment for adults, children and the elderly is guaranteed.

Villa Arkaim is truly a wonderful place for your vacation.Marcana is a small village and municipality in the southeastern part of Istria, which offers many untouched natural beauties and historical monuments. Far away from the crowds of popular tourist destinations and resorts, this idyllic place offers relaxation and tranquillity. Marcana is also proud of its 36 kilometers of pristine coastline with its crystal clear sea and lush greenery in the hinterland. Around the villa you can go for a walk in your own private park with an area of over 23 km2 or simply explore the surroundings. The surrounding area offers good starting points for cycling, hiking or horseback riding. If you still want to go to the big city, Pula is only about twenty minutes away by car. There you can see many historical monuments such as the Arena in Pula, a Roman amphitheater from the first century, the Temple of Augustus, the Golden Door and many others.
