In the garden you will find many activities such as basketball, soccer or a children's playground where you can spend time with the youngest. For those who want to explore the surroundings by bike, there are 2 bicycles available. In front of the villa is a private pool, the perfect place for a refreshing dip on warm summer days. Just a few steps away from the large and inviting pool is a covered terrace with a charcoal barbecue, the ideal outdoor dining area to prepare meals and enjoy family time. From the terrace you enter directly into the open plan first floor, which consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The beautiful Villa Martinetinka is located not far from the largest Istrian town of Pula, in the small village of Marcana. The villa offers you complete privacy, surrounded by trees and greenery. Grocery stores, restaurants and cafes are located near the villa, just a short drive away. If you want to explore the surrounding area, there are 2 bicycles available at the villa. Istria is particularly popular with cyclists, as it offers numerous cycle paths that run right in front of the villa. They lead through numerous vineyards and olive groves, along the blue Adriatic Sea or through many historic towns. We recommend a visit to the city of Pula, which is known for its remains from Roman times, such as the amphitheater. Not far from Pula is another pearl of the Adriatic, the town of Rovinj. Rovinj was originally a small fishing village, which over time has developed into a popular destination for many tourists. The town is characterized by its colourful houses and narrow cobblestone streets, which exude an irresistible charm. In addition to the cultural sights, you should definitely try the traditional Istrian dishes, olive oil and Istrian Malvasia.
