Beautiful farmhouse in an ideal location, the urbanization of Can Burjats in Mont-ras. A unique environment surrounded by vast areas of vegetation. Small town on the COSTA BRAVA, just a few minutes' drive from the beaches of Calella, Begur, Tamariu and Palamós.
A house that smells of family events, friends getting together in time to enjoy weekends or summer vacations together. The house is fully equipped to enjoy every room, and with an incredible exterior, private pool and large garden.
Can Burjats welcomes us with a beautiful entrance area overlooking varied vegetation, a private lake where you'll be enchanted by the sound of its waterfall, you also have a space with an outdoor table as an extension of the kitchen so you can make food.
The layout of the house makes it easy to organize family stays. There are 3 sleeping areas, each with 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, family areas, a comfortable living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas for cosy evenings. Well-equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor tables and all the appliances needed to surprise guests. Outside, there's a private terrace with a covered barbecue, a sink and a work area where you can enjoy meals or share a glass of wine and extend afternoons in the garden. It has a large lawn with a pool for cooling off on days when the summer heat sets in. Services also include WIFI AND TV.
For the little ones, we have a cot and high chair that we can prepare free of charge.
When you book this house, you have the possibility of using the Padel facilities just a few meters away. All you have to do is agree on the day and time you're interested in so that we can make the booking. There is also a garbage collection service at the door and it is a monitored area, both outside and in the house with an alarm. The property resides in neighboring houses, so anything you might need during your stay can be quickly organized.
All the household items you need for a more comfortable stay: Sheets, blankets, towels for all guests. Crockery and cutlery, cups, glasses. hairdryer, body soap, toilet paper, washing line, iron and ironing board.
For the kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher and shelves, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender-minipimer, juicer, washing machine and dryer, cleaning kit and paper towels.
Parking for several cars inside the house.
