Outdoor areas
Nestled on a beautiful hillside on the outskirts of Lucca, Villa Isabo' is surrounded by olive and fruit trees. Surrounding the house is a beautiful garden of around 400 m2, enriched with flower vases, plants and 2 small outdoor lounges; it is fully fenced with a small wooden access gate and a wire fence. The property also enjoys woods and fields adjacent to the fenced garden. On the plot in front of the house is a beautiful panoramic loggia with white curtains, equipped with 2 tables for outdoor lunches and dinners, chairs, a small antique wicker lounge and a good barbecue. Nearby downstairs is the above-ground swimming pool measuring 7x4 with a depth of 1.30 meters (currently being installed), equipped with sunbeds, a large sunshade and an outdoor shower. All external areas are well maintained and tended. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
Villa Isabo' dates back to 1889, as evidenced by the engraving above the front door. It is entirely in stone and has recently been restructured, keeping intact the local flavor of yesteryear, but it has also been beautifully finished with fabrics and chandeliers that belonged to the Pratesi family. It's certainly worth pointing out that, because the house is a historic property, it's not possible to make structural changes, such as to the steep internal staircases leading to the second floor. All electrical and hydraulic installations are recent. The first floor opens onto a spacious living room with a refined wooden table; to its right is the well-equipped eat-in kitchen with an antique gas oven from the 50s by a famous Italian designer, while the fridge with freezer is next to a separate room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Also on the first floor is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and engravings recalling the family history. From the living room, an internal staircase of 12 steps leads to the second floor, with 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms with shower, the third is a passage room for a child-friendly room with graceful white wooden bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower.
From here, an internal staircase leads to the second floor with its sloping roof, a small living room, 1 bedroom with 2 beds suitable for children, 1 bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.

Villa Isabo' belongs to Isabella Pratesi; her family created the famous historic brand of made-in-Italy excellence in household linen, an international benchmark of luxury. It is located in San Ginese di Compito in the municipality of Capannori, with a beautiful panoramic view. Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Check-in is available on Saturdays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and on other days from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and out.

We're in San Ginese di Compito, a small village perched high on a hill in the municipality of Capannori, in the heart of Tuscany. Here you can discover history, art, archaeology, traditions, nature and much more, while savoring the atmosphere of this corner of Tuscany.
It's possible to follow themed routes and itineraries, and organize visits to historic villas, which, with their buildings, parks and gardens, are veritable architectural gems. You can also discover the splendid parish churches which, with their decorations and works of art, are an important testimony to the territory's past; and you can create a direct contact with nature by choosing one of the many trekking itineraries. Last but not least, Capannori's gastronomy is not to be neglected: in fact, a number of itineraries lead to the discovery of top-quality products such as wine and extra-virgin olive oil.
An environment on a human scale that has remained evocative and comfortable over the centuries, with stores of all kinds and the weekly market in Capannori's piazza, just 4 km from the house.
All other localities are within easy reach by car. Florence is around 1 hour 30 minutes away, Lucca around 25 minutes.
