In Verneuil-le-Château, we offer this charming 95 m² single-storey house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen (with wood-burning stove), two bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises:
- 16 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including wood-burning stove, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a dining table to enjoy a meal together.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

- A 150 m² private courtyard, fully enclosed
- A first 13 m² shaded terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather

The house is ideally located in Verneuil-le-Château, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are just a 10-minute drive away.
Activities :
Walks starting from the gîte. Numerous castles and medieval towns within a 40-minute drive (Azay le rideau, le Rivau, Langeais, Villandry, Ussé, Chinon, Loches, Abbaye de Fontevraud, Montsoreau, villages classified as "plus beaux villages de France" (Candes, Crissay, Montrésor), cities of Tours, Angers, Poitiers (Futuroscope one hour away), fishing and canoeing on the Vienne. ...the town of Richelieu, the 17th-century new town designed by the famous Cardinal and two exclusive greenways, Richelieu-Chinon and Descartes-Preuilly -sur-Claise.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Rental includes an electricity charge of 10 kWh per day. Beyond that, electricity is charged according to consumption (25 centimes €/kWh).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- The wood-burning stove is functional. The stere of wood is provided, the refill of wood will be charged 30 €.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
