The beautiful Villa Percan is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends who want to relax in beautiful surroundings just 3 km from the Adriatic Sea. You can also relax on the comfortable sun loungers by the private pool. On the terrace, there is an outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals or enjoy a glass of your favorite drink. There are various activities for the children: swings, a trampoline and a futsal court. The first floor consists of a lovingly furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room. The four bedrooms (all air-conditioned) and the three bathrooms are located on the upper floor.

It is the perfect starting point for day trips to the famous towns of Pula, Rovinj and Opatija. Rakalj offers a perfect combination of relaxing and active vacation. In the nearby harbor there is an excellently equipped diving center for both beginners and advanced divers. Here you have the opportunity to discover old sunken ships, spectacular underwater caves and cliffs.
As Villa Percan is only a short drive from the sea (3 km), it is perfect for enjoying the beach and the blue Adriatic. During your stay in Istria do not miss to taste and enjoy the local Istrian and Mediterranean specialties: Truffles, olive oil, prosciutto, fish and good Istrian majvazija.
