Villa Anamarija is located in an area that is constantly developing, but construction work is not allowed from 1.7.-1.9. on the west coast of Istria near Porec is the village of Tar, where you will find our beautiful Villa Anamarija. All amenities such as restaurants, cafes and grocery stores can also be easily reached on foot. The nearest beach is only about 4 km away. Other beaches and beautiful bays as well as the charming coastal towns of Porec or Novigrad are best reached by car. The towns offer sightseeing, cultural events, fantastic restaurants with local specialties and a huge selection of activities, such as water sports, boat trips, sports facilities...
