Villa SES ANCORES, villa 300m from the beach of Sa Coma.

Situated in a very quiet residential area.
Ideal for holidays with family or group of friends.
At the arrival the TOURIST TAX of +2€/day per adult person will be collected.

At the back of the plot we find the triangular shaped swimming pool (5x5m) next to the terrace with chill out area where to rest and from where to watch the children in the pool, this terrace has a mobile awning to provide shaded areas.
Next to the chill out area there is a charcoal barbecue to enjoy meals outside.
At the front of the house there is also an outdoor seating area, as well as a table and chairs in a semi-shaded area overlooking the pool.
This house consists of a ground floor with entrance hall leading to the common areas such as living room, kitchen and dining area as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom as well as a terrace-solarium.

Sa Coma is one of the large beaches in east mallorca, it is very quiet, it is 800 meters long and its waters do not cover up to about 20 meters from the shore, so it is ideal to go with children, since they can play quietly.
Close to the natural area of Punta de nAmer, a protected area where you can go for a walk.
