We offer for tourist rental a 1-bedroom apartment within walking distance from the sea and the beach. The apartment has an area of 48 m2 and consists of a living room, a bedroom, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is summer furniture on the balcony. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The “Consum” supermarket is located 100 meters from the entrance, the Russian store “Kalinka” is 250 meters away. The nearest ATM is 150 meters away. The bus station is approximately 600 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are 500 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
