Amidst the green and wooded hills of the Chianti gallo nero lies Casale al sole tra le vecchie vigne, an old farmhouse dating back to the 17th century that has been considered an inspirational refuge for artists for the past forty years. The house is considered a peaceful retreat from the demands of modern life and the hustle and bustle of the city. In fact, its characteristic feature is that it is surrounded by nature and a fantastic panorama that is transformed every season into a painting with the nuances that nature offers. Despite its secluded location, it is close to the village of Radda in Chianti, which is 6 km away, where it is possible to find various shops selling Italian handicrafts and typical local culinary products.

The house is divided into two floors and is composed as follows:
Ground floor - to the left of the uncovered loggia two steps lead to a wine room with a freezer and mini fridge, while in the centre is the entrance, down one step, to a living room area with access to the rear of the house where there is a sunbathing area and garden. To the right of the living room, going up three steps, is a bedroom with a double bed and three steps lead to the front garden where there is also an area where one can relax eating meals or reading a book with a view of the vineyards. The living room also leads to another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
First floor - 12 steps lead to a panoramic loggia with a table and 4 chairs. One step leads to the large kitchen-dining area with a fireplace, air conditioning, and a hob with 4 burners, electric oven, kettle, moka coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Down two steps in the room is an ante-bathroom divided from the bathroom with shower and washing machine by a sliding door.
To the left of the kitchen-dining area there is a large double bedroom with private lounge, smart-tv with satellite and air conditioning, while to the right of the kitchen-dining area going up 3 steps there is a passageway room with a double bed, smart-tv with dvd player and access to a small balcony with a panoramic view. Continuing on there are 3 more steps leading to another double bedroom with wood-burning stove, air conditioning and going down 4 steps from the room there is an extra-large bathroom with tub.
Approximately 1 hectare of fenced land completes and surrounds the house where there is a brickwork shed with barbecue area and table and chairs for outdoor meals.

IMPORTANT: to access the property you have to drive 1.5 km of dirt road, the last 900 m must be driven very carefully as it is a stretch of country road through the vineyards: the road becomes narrower and steeper so it is advisable to keep a steady pace without acceleration. Not suitable for too low cars.

The house is located in the heart of Chianti Classico near the municipality of Radda in Chianti. This means that you will have the choice of visiting and tasting one of the wineries in this area that produce one of the most famous wines in the world, 'Chianti classico'.
Chianti classico is made up of all those towns that lie in this geographical area, between the provinces of Siena and Florence, among them Radda in Chianti 6.3 km; Panzano in Chianti, which became famous thanks to the meat poet Cecchini 8.3 km; Greve and Castellina in Chianti 14.8 km; Gaiole in Chianti 17,6 km; Siena where every year on 2 July and 16 August one of the most famous events in the world, "Il Palio di Siena", takes place 31,8 km; San Gimignano considered as the medieval New York is 40,4 km; Florence the city considered as an open air museum is only 51,1 km away.

Nearest airport is Florence 55.8 km. A damage deposit of 2000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
