This quiet, comfortable 29 m² duplex studio apartment for two people is ideally located: not far from the SNCF train station and close to the Petite France district (a UNESCO World Heritage site). The apartment is fully equipped. A washing machine, dishwasher and WiFi connection are included. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
The accommodation is composed as follows (it is a duplex on two floors):
- A living/sleeping area with a double bed 140X190cm, a sofa and a TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, dining area for 2 people and a dishwasher
- Bathroom with shower, towel dryer, washing machine and toilet

- A streetcar line passes in front of the building. Some will see this as an advantage, others as a disadvantage.
On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr Strasbourg team, the agency specializing in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
You will be able to access your accommodation from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a hotel opposite the station. It's about a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This hotel closes at 8pm, so check-in will not be possible after 8pm.
