24 m² studio renovated in 2018 by an architect, bright, beautiful and practical to live in, ideal for a solo or romantic stay. It's just a stone's throw from the TGV train station and the historic Petite France district, a highly convenient location.
Entirely renovated in July 2018, this apartment is practical and complete: all appliances, a large shower, a queen-size 160x200 EVE bed/mattress, beautiful lighting fixtures, magazine deco fans will be seduced!
The accommodation is composed as follows:

Located a stone's throw from the famous Ecole Nationale d'Administration, ENA, the studio is between the train station and Petit France, making it ideal for a stay in the European capital.
Arrival by train is ideal, but the Sainte-Aurélie parking lot next door makes it easy to come by car. A Tram station in the street around the building completes the travel options.
