We are delighted to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom villa with a private swimming pool near the padle courts and Boulevard at the Mar Menor Golf Resort. The villa is furnished well and equipped to a high standard and the living room has recently been upgraded.
Features include 50 inch TV, with Firestick (UK channels, Sky sports channels, movies, box sets and more...) with free WIFI, air conditioning in the lounge, fans in the bedrooms, comfortable garden furniture, a well equipped kitchen and last but not least a private 6m x 3m swimming pool with a terraced area for catching the rays, in the south facing garden.
Inside the accommodation you'll find a light and airy lounge (fab high ceilings..)with dining area, a well equipped kitchen (including Nespresso coffee machine), a master bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom and a shower room.
Outside is a sun lovers paradise....the villa benefits from a secure fenced south facing garden with a private swimming pool, a terraced area for sunbathing, a large covered terrace for dining Al-Fresco and a roof terrace.
The villa is in a great location as all the resorts main facilities (Hotel, supermarket, social club, tennis courts, bars and restaurants) are within easy walking distance. The convenient central location makes the villa ideal if you don't want to bother renting a car.
All in all, Villa Sol is very much home from home and perfect for family holidays, winter sun or as a base for golfers throughout the year.
Located near the supermarket, the villa is in a convenient location just two minutes walk away from numerous restaurants, bars and new supermarket by the Boulevard entrance to the resort.
There are parking spaces for 3 or 4 cars with one directly beside the villa. The villa is close to the 9th and 10th holes of the golf course. The superb Intercontinental Hotel, supermarket and resort centre are all within a 5 minute walk.
