3-room apartment directly on the beach with sea view and private parking.
This is located in a residence with access code, close to the port and shops.
Access to the beach (50 m) is via a pedestrian path. Pets are not accepted.
The apartment is 37 m² + 9 m² terrace. It is located on the 1st floor of three. It's made of :
2 bedrooms, living room, small kitchen, bathroom with WC, large entrance corridor.
For the comfort of our tenants, we favor 4 people (2 adults 2 children).
- Bedroom 1: a large 140cm bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed 90 and a bunk bed 1.90 x 0.90. Dresser.
- Bathroom with bathtub-shower.
- Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, four-burner ceramic hob, microwave oven,
refrigerator, electric hood, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plancha.
- Living room: low sideboard, glass table, chairs, 2-seater bench, television.
- Entrance corridor: very large cupboard with wardrobe.

- Terrace: garden furniture with table, armchairs, awning. Electric shutters.
During school holidays rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Outside of school holidays, it is possible to book for three nights
