This charming house in La Tranche-sur-Mer is perfect for vacations with family or friends (Quartier de la Grière).
With a surface area of 65 m², this single-storey house has an enclosed garden with terrace, free private parking and a bicycle garage. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Comfortable and well-appointed, the house includes :
- three bedrooms, two with double beds (one double and one BZ) and one with two single beds (80x190); storage space for clothes

You'll particularly appreciate the terrace (approx. 25 m² with awning) and its peacefulness.
