This 141 m² house with swimming pool in Saint-Florent-sur-Auzonnet can accommodate up to 6 adults and one child. It comprises a 46 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room and a 5,764 m² garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A games room (vaulted ceiling, very cool in summer) with table soccer, Roman chair, electronic keyboard, HiFi system, library...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)

- A 9 m² by 3m60 swimming pool (private, unheated) open from June to September. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change. Shaded area around the pool, bordered by an unsecured fence. Winter cover outside opening periods, alarm available.
- A private, hedged garden of 5,764 m² (if animals are present, they can slip in and out of the garden), with furniture to enjoy the sunny days and garden games (badminton net, electric quad, ball, rampoline, swing).
- A 10 m² terrace (adjoining the kitchen) with parasol, bistro table and armchair.
- A 12 m² enclosed terrace (adjoining the living room)
The house is ideally located in Saint-Florent-sur-Auzonnet, in very pleasant surroundings. In the village, you'll find a bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist and children's play area (slide and basketball court)....
Wednesday evening market in summer on the town hall square.
In Les Mages (5 min by car): butcher's, baker's, supermarket, petrol pump...
In St Ambroix (10 min): carrefour market, halles aux légumes, DIY store...
Activities :
- River, hiking/walking, accrobranche, visit Grand Combe (miner's museum, dino park), Château de Portes...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly outside in front of the house (maximum 6 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:

- The nearest train station is in Alès (25 minutes), the airport in Nîmes (1H) or Montpellier,
- There is a bus service to Alès (10-minute walk from the stop), but it runs infrequently (service 210: 5 times a day on average).
Other comments :
- The different spaces allow everyone to practice different activities without disturbing each other. However, the garden is large and young children need to be supervised. Don't walk on the low stone walls (risk of landslides and injuries).
-Picking of ripe fruit (cherries, almonds, blackberries, raspberries, redcurrants, pears, apples) is permitted.
- Free WiFi available.
