Villa San Vincenti newly built holiday home with pool and wellness not far from the town of Porec and the sea.
Villa San Vincenti is the perfect choice for all lovers of modern architecture. It is located on the edge of the village Kadumi and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the vineyards. Just a few minutes' drive away are pebble beaches, shops, cafés and 300 metres from the house guests can visit a restaurant serving local cuisine. In its enclosed garden of 830 sqm, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool with counter-current, 4 sun loungers, 2 parasols, a covered terrace with outdoor dining table and barbecue, outdoor hot tub and 2 parking spaces.
The house is suitable for 4 people and has a living area of 130 sqm on two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a sauna with shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV.
NOTICE: The swimming pool can be heated until 1st November and from 1st May.
Charging of electric cars is possible with prior notice. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
