Stay in Marseille, in the heart of the famous historic district of Le Panier, in this beautiful 53 m2 duplex apartment entirely renovated by an architect. Located on the 2nd floor of a small, typically Marseille building, you'll appreciate our apartment for its magnificent south-facing terrace and its immediate proximity to Marseille's Old Port.
Space
Our 53m2 duplex apartment features a beautiful living room opening onto a fully-equipped, functional kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and utensils for cooking during your stay.
The upstairs living room is equipped with a TV and large sofa-bed for 2 people, and opens onto a magnificent south-facing terrace overlooking the rooftops of the Panier district, where you can soak up the sun :)
The bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and a dressing room to store your belongings during your stay.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 50

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
