Stay in Marseille, just a few steps from the Corniche and the beaches, in our cute, comfortable studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a quiet, secure residence.
Space
Our 20m2 studio is located on the 3rd floor of a small, quiet and secure building with an elevator. Fully equipped and furnished, it will offer you all the comfort you need during your stay in Marseille. Ideally located close to Plage du David and less than 5 minutes by public transport from Rond du Prado and Stade Orange Vélodrome.
It features a fully-equipped kitchen area so you can cook your best dishes during your stay in Marseille. The sleeping/living area features a sofa bed for up to 2 people, a TV and plenty of storage space for your belongings. You're sure to appreciate our apartment's balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast and get your day off to a good start.
You'll also enjoy a bathroom with washing machine and a practical office space if you're telecommuting.
If you're driving, parking is easy and free in the vicinity of our residence.
As soon as we receive your reservation, we'll contact you with all the information you need to facilitate your arrival. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide all household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 100

Check-out: Before 10:00 am
On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. Near our accommodation, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
