Exceptional, high-standard 70 m2 apartment on the 4th floor with elevator of a typical Marseille building, with two bedrooms and a balcony. The apartment is close to the Palais Longchamp, Saint-Charles train station, the Old Port and public transport.

The 74m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a typical Marseille building with elevator, and features a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all cooking utensils. You're sure to enjoy the sunshine and breakfast on our balcony!
The sleeping area features a first bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room for storing your belongings during your stay, and the second bedroom with two single beds.
To make sure you receive the very best welcome, we provide all linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
