Stay in the heart of Marseille in this 45 m2 loft-style apartment, located just a few steps from the Old Port in the Prefecture district and just a few steps from the Old Port of Marseille
Space
Our apartment is located in Marseille's downtown Prefecture district, just a few steps from the Old Port and less than 2 minutes' walk from streetcar, metro and bus stations.
Entirely designed in a loft style, it's spacious, bright during the day and offers all the comforts you'll need for a stay in Marseille.
It is equipped with a small portable air-conditioning unit and a fan, and has a free Wifi connection!
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a typical Marseille building (no elevator).
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 250

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
