The 60m2 apartment features a fully-equipped, functional kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all cooking utensils.
You'll appreciate the fully-appointed living area with its large, comfortable sofa and TV, all in a very contemporary ambience with beautiful colors and natural materials.
You'll also benefit from a large walk-through balcony to soak up the sun. Ideal for breakfast.
The sleeping area features a bedroom with a large double bed and a dressing room to store your belongings during your stay.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor (no elevator).
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
