Stay in the heart of the historic, pedestrianized Panier district in this 22 m2 studio with a lovely terrace to soak up the sun, it's the ideal location for visiting Marseille and all the must-sees like the Mucem, Fort St jean, the Docks or the Vieu-Port.
Space
This 22 m2 studio is located in the Panier district, in a typical Marseille building on the 4th floor (no elevator), and offers all the comforts you need for your stay in Marseille.
It comprises a main living room with a bedroom area and a kitchen area that is fully equipped and functional with a fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all cooking utensils.
You'll enjoy using the terrace to have breakfast and soak up the sun. A washing machine is also included in the list of equipment we offer.
Fans are also available.
Self-catering (self check-in)
The accommodation will only be available from 3:00 p.m. and we recommend that you arrive before 11:00 p.m. to benefit from the assistance of our concierge in the event of any difficulty during your arrival.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 100

Check-out: Before 10:00 am
On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
