Stay in the heart of downtown Marseille in our modern apartment on the famous pedestrian street, rue Saint Ferréol. Enjoy this bubble of calm in the immediate vicinity of the Old Port, Saint-Charles train station and Cours Julien.
Space
This magnificent, fully-equipped, refurbished 32 m2 apartment on Rue Saint-Ferreol (pedestrian street) comprises a living area with a cosy lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing area for storing your belongings during your stay.
The kitchen has everything you need: microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning.
There's also a small balcony overlooking Rue Saint Ferréol.
You'll appreciate its location, right in the heart of Marseille's city center, within easy reach of the Old Port, tramway and bus routes. Our apartment is less than 10 minutes' walk from the Gare Saint-Charles train station. You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille vacation! Restaurants, shops and cafés downstairs.
To make sure you get the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
