We offer this magnificent 43 m2 apartment, fully equipped and refurbished, located on the 3rd floor of a typical Marseille building. You'll appreciate its location in the heart of the historic Panier district, less than 5 minutes from the Old Port.
Space
Located in the heart of the historic Panier district, this apartment features a beautiful main living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen and dining table.
The bedroom has a double bed and a dressing room to store your belongings during your stay. A sofa-bed for up to 2 extra people is available in the living room.
The apartment also has a bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen, including sheets, blankets and towels, for the duration of your stay. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made via a pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 50

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
