Enjoy this duplex apartment on the top floor of a quiet, secure residence, with 3 bedrooms, 3 sunny terraces and parking, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Port. It will offer you all the comfort you need to stay up to 6 people in Marseille.
Space
This duplex apartment on two levels, with a surface area of 150 m2, comprises three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. The main room features a very large living area open to the outdoors, with two large terraces on either side of the living room, facing east and west. The kitchen area opens onto the living room and is fully equipped for cooking, with all the necessary utensils and equipment such as a microwave oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The first bedroom is located on the first floor of this duplex, with a double bed and private bathroom.
The second bedroom is located on the 1st floor of the duplex, with a double bed and opening onto a private terrace.
The third bedroom has two single beds (90x200).
A bathroom and a second lounge complete the living space on the 1st floor of this duplex.
You'll also have direct access to a parking space in the residence's secure parking lot, so you can park your car free of charge.
In short, during your stay you'll enjoy exclusive access to the three bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, three terraces and one parking space that make up this apartment.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor with an elevator.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
