Stay with your feet in the water in the heart of the famous fishing village, Vallon des Auffes, right next to the beaches. Located in a typical Marseilles building facing the sea, this 50 m2 apartment with balcony and private parking space will provide you with all the comfort you need during your stay.
Space
This 50 m2 apartment comprises a living room opening onto a fully-equipped, functional kitchen with fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all cooking utensils.
Enjoy a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea and the corniche, as well as a parking space in a secure, private parking lot.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and a washing machine adds to the list of facilities on offer.
You'll appreciate the immediate proximity of the beaches and corniche, which are less than 5 minutes' walk away, including the Catalans beach and the little port of Malmousque.
To make sure you receive the best possible welcome, we provide all household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
