Live in the heart of downtown Marseille in this very modern apartment with a separate bedroom, located in a typical Marseilles building on a pedestrian street, the famous Rue Saint Ferréol, while enjoying this bubble of calm in the immediate vicinity of the Old Port, near the Gare Saint-Charles and Cours Julien.

We offer you this magnificent, bright apartment on rue Saint Ferréol (a pedestrian street) in downtown Marseille. Fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 4 people, it will offer you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay in our beautiful city. It will seduce you with its calm and ideal location right in the heart of Marseille. It is located on the 2nd floor of the building.
This modern, designer apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a building (WITHOUT LIFT) that has been completely refurbished, on a pedestrian and shopping street in downtown Marseille.
The bedroom is in a separate room.
Fully and tastefully refurbished: Living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, TV...
The kitchen has everything you need: microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning.
Self check-in is possible.
The accommodation will only be available from 3:00 p.m. and we recommend that you arrive before 11:00 p.m. to benefit from the assistance of our concierge in the event of any difficulty during your arrival.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 50

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
