Stay in the heart of downtown Marseille in our comfortable 24 m2 studio apartment. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a small, typically Marseille building, you'll appreciate our accommodation for its immediate proximity to Marseille's Old Port, Cours Julien and Notre Dame du Mont.
Space
Our 24 m2 studio features a large, bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully-equipped, functional kitchen area with fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the utensils you need for cooking during your stay.
You'll appreciate its central Marseille location, less than 5 minutes' walk from the Old Port. You can park your vehicle in a pay parking lot located less than 5 minutes' walk from our accommodation.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 100

Check-out: Before 10:00 am
On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
