Stay in the heart of Marseille, in the Cours Julien district, in our 43 m2 apartment, entirely renovated in a Marseille style, with a beautiful sunny terrace. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a small, typically Marseille building, you'll appreciate our apartment for its immediate proximity to Marseille's Old Port.

Our 43 m2 apartment features a large, bright living room opening onto the terrace!
A fully-equipped, functional kitchen area with fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and utensils for cooking during your stay.
You'll enjoy a lovely bedroom with a 2-seater bed, also opening onto the outdoor terrace.
You'll appreciate its central Marseille location, less than 5 minutes' walk from the Old Port in the Plaine district, the Cours Julien and Notre Dame Du Mont. You can park your vehicle in a pay parking lot located less than 5 minutes' walk from our accommodation.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made via a pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 50

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
