Charming, fully renovated apartment with quality features, balcony and parking spaces. Very bright, this spacious 2-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It's located on the 3rd floor of a small building (no elevator) in a secure residence close to the beaches, Parc Borély, Parc Chanot and Orange Vélodrome stadium.

This magnificent 55 m2 apartment, renovated with quality materials and located on Avenue de Mazargues, features a fully-equipped living area opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen and a sunny balcony. Take advantage of a giant screen installed on the living room wall for 100% cinema evenings. The night space comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and a dressing room.
You'll appreciate its ideal location close to Parc Chanot and Stade Orange Vélodrome. The Huveaune footpath takes you to Parc Borély (10 min. walk) and Marseille's beaches (15 min. walk).
Easy parking inside the private residence! Our apartment is less than 15 minutes by public transport from Marseille's Old Port. You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille vacation! Restaurants, shops and cafés are just down the street.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.
