Stay right in the heart of Marseille, in the lively and trendy Cours Julien district, and discover this bright studio with its south-facing terrace, located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a Marseille building.
Space
Our 17 m2 apartment on Rue Pastoret in the Cours Julien district, a 10-minute walk from the Old Port, comprises a fully furnished living area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a sunny terrace where you can enjoy your first Marseilles coffee!
The sleeping area features a lovely raised bedroom with a double bed.
You'll appreciate its central Marseille location, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Old Port in the Plaine district, Cours Julien and Notre Dame Du Mont. You can park your vehicle in a paid parking lot less than 5 minutes' walk from our accommodation.
You'll have all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants, shops and cafés are close to the apartment (Cours Julien, La Plaine).
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen and towels, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 50

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a 10-minute walk from the Old Port, this location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport. Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit the Old Port, museums (Mucem, Cantini), colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches on foot. Near our accommodation, you'll find many restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
